Our luxury selection of TERRACES have bedrooms with ceiling fans, en-suite bathrooms and dining/living areas. All have fully fitted kitchens and outdoor area as standard.
Our sytlish selection of STUDIOS have bedrooms with air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and open plan kitchen/dining areas.
All properties have safes, Netflix and DSTV Family and are cleaned twice during the week, except public holidays. We also offer airport transfers and, as a seperate service to our accommodation rate, we offer free WiFi internet.
Each property is uniquely different and with varying rates so you can decide what suits your personal taste and pocket. Within our luxury and 4-Star range you can choose homes with outdoor areas that have pools & hot tubs, private courtyards, gardens, garages and roof decks with amazing views.

All our exclusive privately owned properties are located in the central residential area of De Waterkant, close to the city centre; we want everyone to enjoy themselves and have a peaceful stay so please appreciate we do not allow parties.
During quieter periods, when available, can also offer longer stay options so please drop us an email with your approx. budget, number of persons and bedrooms and any other requirement and we will happily send you a quote.

The main difference from our cottage and apartment range is they have bedroom ceiling fans rather than AC's however apart from that they are fully fitted to the same high standards with private courtyards and outdoor showers. Perfect for "work from home" use or just leisure stays.
