A district of Cape Town between the CBD and Green Point, below Signal Hill and above the V&A Waterfront, our self-catering properties are ideal for both vacation and business trips. We are conveniently located close to the Cape Town Convention Centre, V&A Waterfront and Cape Town Stadium.
Every Capetonian will tell you this is the trendy fashionable area of the city where if you like the buzz of a small village feel that is only ten minutes walk to the city center this is the place to stay. Described as a mix between San Francisco and Mykonos the area dates back to the late 1700’s.
Now a-days you still hear the noon day cannon from Signal Hill whilst wandering these historic cobbled streets. The area boasts some great restaurants, bars and clubs and retains a bohemian character that you’ll find hard to forget.

For the size and facilities our rentals often work out at a fraction of the cost of a hotel or guesthouse in the same luxury category. We offer 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom properties catering from 1 to 8 persons.
All properties have free WiFi, Netflix and DSTV family package.
