This is our favourite. Simply put it's right in the centre of Cape Town and yet located on the 19th floor of the Westin Grand Hotel. You can still relax, unwind and feel like you are the only one using the facilities.

15 deluxe treatment rooms and 4 unique heated water beds in the Sea of Dreams sleep room. Heated indoor infinity lap pool with floor to ceiling views of the ocean and Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

They advertise themselves as a "1-stop grooming emporium for men". Within walking distance of the village this might suit guys looking for their appearance to be fine-tuned in a luxuriously masculine environment! Offers the modern gentleman everything from a wet shave to hair removal.

...tucked behind the V&A Waterfront this is definitely an authentic Thai massage. Small with no additional spa facilities you will literately climb over bags of rice to get to the raised floor curtained treatment areas for an unforgettable and very reasonable massage.
