"We have been staying at different properties with this company for the past few years and have been happy with the houses. We love the location, with many restaurants and cafes close by, a much more local feel than the waterfront but still walking distance if you really want to go there. The house was in excellent condition and has nice, good quality furniture. It has two bedrooms, a sitting area, sizable kitchen and a lovely outdoor patio under a big tree."

"Great stay at Richard's stunning property located centrally in De Waterkant. The property is extremely spacious and we especially loved the 3 terraces facing the sun, the mountains and city views. The surrounding areas feel extremely safe, with lots of things to do, great food options and plenty of sights to see closeby. The host provided lots of helpful tips and tricks. Overall would highly recommend it!"

"Beautiful! Lovely city garden with swimming pool and covered terrace, and 2 additional terraces higher up with views of Table Mountain and the sunset. Even a beautiful owl as a 'temporary' garden resident. Within walking distance to W&A end City Centre. Staff super friendly and helpful. Cozy pubs and restaurants within a few minutes' walk."

"Property was in the heart of the gorgeous De Waterkant locale. Lovely vibe around the area, easy to walk to waterfront, commercial district and stadium. We could sit on the front patio and watch the world go by, kitchen was very well stocked in terms of crockery and cutlery, glass, pots and pans. The Spar was close by and restaurants and bars within minutes (and some within seconds - albeit key to note, although two were basically next door/across the road there was little noise outside of that lovely vibe of mumurings of content from patrons enjoying summer evenings). Property in great condition, nice little splash pool. Photos on De Waterkant Cottages website are a very accurate portrayal of the property, we did not want to leave. Engagement throughout the process from James and Okhule was very good, with Okuhle meeting me bang on time at the property to hand over the keys. Look forward to staying in a De Waterkant Cottage on my next trip."

"Wonderful apartment, spacious, beautiful, good equipment. There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Great location. There are many restaurants nearby, a Spar store is 3 minutes away. 15 minutes walk to the V&A Waterfront. The streets are patrolled 24/7, so we felt completely safe. They also provided a parking permit for the car."
