"Such a beautiful place! Lovely accommodation. Great breakfast at the Village Café on the corner. Great picnics with kids at "Warwick Wine Estate" and "Buitenverwachting", Kloof Street House was great for dinner and "The Bungalow" too. Aquarium a must with kids. Hope to return with my family one day again to see the rest. Kids loved Boulders beach and Clifton beach, too much to mention, Merry Christmas!

"If I had money, I would buy it! What a gem! We booked this cottage at the last minute while visiting Cape Town, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The cottage itself (we stayed in the mustard colored one #42 Napier i think), and it was just gorgeous!! I constantly said that I wished I could own this house :) It is walking distance to town and all the stores you need. Stay here if you can."
"The price per night was exceptionally reasonable for a fully equipped apartment. I would definitely stay in a Waterkant Cottage when I get to Cape Town next. Soon I hope!!"

"Excellent place to stay. Location is close to the centre of the city, but in such a quiet neighbourhood. Lovely unit, clean, very nice furnishings, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. All round, an excellent place to stay. I'll be going back there again."

"Way better than standard hotels in Cape Town. We have now stayed at 24 Loader Street twice and absolutely love it - this particular property in the portfolio is a 3 bed, 2 bath with plunge pool and Jacuzzi and spectacular views of Table Mountain and the harbour from the roof deck. The De Waterkant area is filled with cafe's, restaurants and bars in walking distance and the perfect place to unwind."

"The cottage we stayed in was a moderate sized house - much bigger than your average holiday accommodation. It had everything you could want in your home - two beds, 2 bath, all the electronics and a fully fitted kitchen. It was actually so much like being at home, that we sometimes didn't realise we were on holiday. On top of this, there is a deck on the roof with amazing views over Cape Town and the harbour. There are plenty of good places to eat nearby, so self-catering isn't an issue - we didn't need to cook, but having a full kitchen was nice to have. We stayed out of season so the price was extremely reasonable - less than for a room in a hotel for a full house!"
"I have arrived back safely to the United States. I want to say that I had enjoyed staying at 75 Loader St. while I was in Cape Town for my conference. The apartment was very comfortable, and kept clean and tidy."
"Very happy stay for the whole family. Parents and the two 9 year old boys enjoyed the house and the very convenient area, close to everything city and nature. Mum loved the housekeeping! The cable car was out of order but that gives us a good excuse to come back and enjoy! p.s. We love your winters here...a bit like our summers!"

"There is so much to like and to recommend about our stay. We had the 2 bed on Loader Street and used it as a base for 5 nights. The house is in a beautiful street, a few minutes walk from lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate. The roof terrace was a bonus!"

"We stayed at 70 Loader St. in De Waterkant. The house was perfect for our needs and we were very comfortable there. The area was great for us as it was close to the V&A Waterfront and we could also walk to the Cape Quarter for our groceries and coffee on a morning, and to the restaurants for our evening meals. All in all we had a wonderful stay."
