This property has 4 bedrooms, all en-suite & can cater up to eight persons so is perfect for large groups or families.

The ground floor is contemporary in design with an open plan living room, large ornamental fireplace, kitchen area with dining table and this opens onto a private courtyard with seating. This ground floor has one air-conditioned bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom with steps leading down to an identical sized bedroom and bathroom that opens onto a small private covered court-yard. There is a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The first floor has two further air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a open-plan bathroom that has a bath/shower, separate toilet and French Windows that open onto a terrace with seating and views of the village and Table Mountain. The second first floor bedroom has a small balcony over-looking the main courtyard below and separate bathroom with shower.

"Day Zero" never happened in 2017 and the council is now reducing restrictions as the city recovers from the worst draught in over 100 years. Dam levels are back to normal and the city and ourselves are very much open and welcoming visitors to Cape Town; for further information please read our FAQ section on Water Restrictions
