The spacious ground floor living room with stylish grey leather sofas extends through to the fully fitted kitchen and dining area which is divided by a small guest washroom. In warmer weather you can open the French windows out onto the private court-yard making a great entertaining area. Small table, chairs and braai/BBQ are also located here.

A wooden painted staircase takes you upstairs; the air-conditioned master bedroom can be made up as a twin or king and has its own small balcony with views of the Village and compact en-suite bathroom with shower. The second air-conditioned bedroom has an luxury en-suite shower bathroom facing Signal Hill. The dividing corridor leads to a spiral staircase where you reach the roof deck with seating and a sun lounger to enjoy the great views of the City, Harbour and Signal Hill.
