We are very excited to welcome this latest addition to our portflio. The builders are in the final stages so at present we can only show pictures during this completion work; we will update further.


A lot of apartments claim to be De Waterkant Penthouses but none are right at the heart of the village, located on Napier Street and only five floors high. This brand-new apartment, along with its adjourning sister apartment, have been stylishly designed and boast one of the best locations in the area looking across De Waterkant Village and Signal Hill towards the city with clear complete Table Mountain views as well as harbour views in the other direction.

With secure private under-ground parking for one vehicle which is accessed via Cape Quarter Shopping centre and under Napier Street, the private fifth floor can only be accessed by lift to these two apartments along with their own staircases. Located next to the Sacred Heart Church and close to shops, restaurants and cafes this is an ideal place to enjoy the local area yet still central to the city centre.

"Day Zero" never happened in 2017 and the council is now reducing restrictions as the city recovers from the worst draught in over 100 years.
