With its steel stairs, glass walls and floors this two bedroom property is modern and contemporary in design.

White walls and floors throughout the open plan ground floor contains the dining, kitchen and living space with plasma screen, surround sound and separate cloakroom. Sliding floor to ceiling glass doors open onto a private courtyard with seating and a small plunge pool.
The second floor has bedrooms divided by a glass floored corridor that looks down on the kitchen area. Both bedrooms have their own large flat screen televisions with DVD's and showers sharing a separate toilet.
The master bedroom has sliding windows and looks across the Harbour, City and Table Bay. Metal stairs lead you up to the large roof space that has sun-lounges, outdoor sink, and Jacuzzi where you relax and enjoy fantastic views of Table Mountain and the whole City.

This property is not child friendly due to open staircases and roof top Jacuzzi with no railing.
