The spacious bright high ceiling comfortable living area has a large window looking down into the private court-yard. Stairs lead off this area down to the air-conditioned bedroom with king size bed with a bath alongside and looks out onto the court-yard with small fountain and outdoor shower. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower again looking out onto the courtyard. The open plan kitchen and dining area has a separate cloakroom and French Windows that lead out to the spiral staircase that takes you up to enjoy the 360 degree views of Table Mountain and City from the extensive roof deck.
