Please take note that from the 20th October 2010 adjourning neighbours started building work that was estimated to be completed by late 2011. As of 4th January 2012 we have been informed that they will now be completing by the end of January/start of February 2012.
We will update with further information when we have it.

We have been informed that builders will only work weekdays from 7.30am to 5pm and the occassinal Saturday half days however this could change without notice.

Locally know as “The Clown House”, due to the past owners being professional clowns, this stylish luxury three bedroom cottage is perfect for groups or families.

The ground floor with painted wooden floors has an open plan air-conditioned living, dining and kitchen area with glass ceiling that is overlooked by the terrace above. The two air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor share a bathroom with shower. Upstairs the large air-conditioned master king size bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe with en-suite bathroom and opens out onto its own private terrace with seating. The central stairs continue up to the large roof deck with amazing views of Table Mountain and the City.

This cottage does have WiFi available on request. R120 per 1G download.
