This luxuriously designed one bedroom cottage has a great roof terrace where you can enjoy a Jacuzzi with views of Table Mountain.

From Loader Street this property has one of the few original exteriors but from within it has been cleverly renovated with steel and glass. The open-plan ground floor is a great entertaining space extending from the living area with fireplace to the dining room with exposed brick work to the cherry wood kitchen with movable counter top. As well as a lockable store room there is black slate tiled cloakroom with stainless steel toilet and urinal.
Stairs wrap around the large glass walled bathroom with skylight shower, mirrored wardrobe and glass balcony overlooking the kitchen area below.
The air-conditioned bedroom opens out onto a private wooden deck with seating and a lemon tree with further wooden steps taking you to the large roof terrace with sun-lounges, table and Jacuzzi that has spectacular views of Table Mountain and the Harbour.
