Please take note that from the 20th October 2010 adjourning neighbours started building work that was estimated to be completed by late 2011. As of 4th January 2012 we have been informed that they will now be completing by the end of January/start of February 2012.

We have been informed that builders will only work weekdays from 7.30am to 5pm and the occassinal Saturday half days however this could change without notice.

A popular luxury one bedroom cottage entered via private steps and positioned between Waterkant and Jarvis Street. A small plunge pool, wooden decked terrace with seating and sun-lounges leads you to the front door.

Inside the open plan ground floor has a warm modern contemporary feel with kitchen, large bar counter and living room. Upstairs the spacious air-conditioned king bedroom that can be made up as twin has a travertine tiled en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

This cottage does have WiFi available on request. R120 per 1G download.
