The front entrance is dominated by a large outdoor terrace with sun-lounges and seating. All on one level the open plan living room has been tastefully furnished and spans from the dining area, living space and kitchen. The master air-conditioned bedroom has French windows opening onto the front terrace. Both bedrooms have separate bathrooms one with shower and one with bath. The rear air-conditioned bedroom has direct access to the communal swimming pool, garden and secure parking area which you drive into from De Smidt Street.
